Research has found that we don’t actually “go to sleep” but rather sleep comes to us when we are ready.  The demands of the present day fast-paced high-pressure living is creating more and more sleep problems resulting in a host of mental, physical, and emotional problems.

Description:  This 4-hour workshop provides participants with a set of techniques proven to facilitate getting to sleep, returning to sleep if waking after a few hours, and learning to stay asleep for 8 hours.  The mechanics of sleep are explored to help participants gain the skill of getting the proper kind of sleep, commonly referred to as REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep.  Participants will also be taught a simple 5-minute technique for recovering energy in the afternoon when most people experience the “lull” around 2:00.  This workshop draws upon the latest techniques being developed in the area of Neuro-Linguistic Programming or NLP.

In the Natural Sleep Workshop, you will learn:

  1. A variety of ways to shut down your thoughts in less than 4 seconds.
  2. Some amazingly simple strategies to quickly and easily go back to sleep if you wake up in the middle of the night.
  3. Strategies to maximize the quality of your sleep
  4. A verifiable method to identify and restructure negative memories thereby removing the draining emotions to clear the mind.
